Standardize

• One neutral wall color and one trim white for all units
• Eggshell or satin on walls, semi-gloss on trim and doors
• A record of colors and products per unit
• Labeled touch-up paint stored on site or at the office

Turnover Checklist

1. Walk the unit and list damage: holes, scuffs, stains, nail pops.
2. Patch anchors and holes; prime patches so they do not flash.
3. Spot-prime water and smoke stains with a stain-blocking primer.
4. Touch up or repaint walls depending on wear; full repaint every few turnovers.
5. Repaint high-wear trim, doors and frames.
